:rotfl: I have not thought about medicinal brownies in decades!
Not that I ever knew much about them or made any
In prepping news: (I thought about this when posting to GQ on another thread)
Oldest daughter found a full (American) sized camouflage colored refrigerator. It would work perfectly in a zombie apocalypse out break, as society breaks down and only pockets of survivors are left scrounging for food. No one could see your stashed food supply..
:beer:Overprepare, then go with the flow.

It's a miracle he said as much as he did. I think it was quite a surprise that he did
Considering he must have spent the last few years being "got at" - right down to on a very personal level - as people would have tried to "put a spoke in his wheel". It takes nerves of steel and an impregnable personal financial situation also helps to stand up against people like that and Speak Truth.0 -
Have a cuddle of the bunny Cheel and a cup of tea. I woke up at 2 am with a sense of absolute dread, it's horrible isn't it?It doesn't matter if you are a glass half full or half empty sort of person. Keep it topped up! Cheers!0

Eating more veggies really helps with mood regulation. Broccoli will cure anything.

Must be the magnesium in the broccoli especially if you grow it organically. I'm taking so many supplements at present to try and avoid taking bisphosphonates, I'm positively rattling but I've learned an awful lot in the processIt doesn't matter if you are a glass half full or half empty sort of person. Keep it topped up! Cheers!0

It is a very odd thought to read all this info. recently about how diet affects moods (ie as well as health and looks).
But I guess they're right...
Not so sure about broccoli personally - though I'm fine with the sprouting broccoli. So- refresh my memory - what about leafy green vegetables then?
I just keep seeing that phrase "leafy green vegetables" everywhere for everything - so have duly planted up loads of them in my garden yesterday and plans on putting in a few more today...
Leastways - once I've got this garden fully "up and running" I wont have to think what veggies to have with a meal - just go out in the garden and grab a handful of whatever looks good at the moment.
Fruit-wise - I'm only buying apples at the moment (as mine arent ready yet). So its strawberries, more strawberries, yet more strawberries, rhubarb, chuckleberries and blackcurrants. Yep - I've been reading all the stuff saying "berries are good" too:rotfl:. Must remember to take in strawberries to give away again at today's social thing.
I was given a battered-looking goji berry plant recently - and its going ballistic within the pot I put it in (as soon as I read its invasive). So it needs re-homing to a bigger pot - just how big a pot should I be thinking of?0 -
