Did anyone like me take up Cool New Mobile's seemingly good looking cashback contracts for mobile phones? They were mentioned on this site last year as they were giving an extra £5 away to new customers. Well they have now gone in to administration with no money to pay anyone and the networks are saying we can't cancel our mobile contracts without penalty because cashback claims are "separate" and contracted out to completely different companies. I now have another £150 to find for Christmas as this is what they owe me. I will never take on another "cashback" offer again. I also think the networks should shoulder some of the blame. There is no way I would ever have selected 3's expensive £35 a month tariff if I did not think i could claim it all back. GGGrrrrrrrrrhhhhhh!!!
