I've tried Safari and Chrome on my iPad, it wouldn't submit, chrome on my phone, no joy, chrome and Firefox on laptop - couldn't see the form. I've also tried all the tips here to no avail. I sent them a message on Twitter and they replied that the form is showing at their end. I have replied it is not showing this end in any browser and asking if they can get their IT people to check it out. Maybe others could message them on Twitter also and they will do something about it. HTH0

I emailed them yesterday so perhaps an email explaining the problems will have a better response than tweets.Perhaps the best people to sort it will be back to work after the weekend. I eventually entered all right so do not give up yet. Plenty of time left.0
