I entered quite easily on my kindle fire, manually typing in every box (no DOB needed) I tried on the laptop first with no joy off IE or Edge. Good luck everyone don't give up

Finally worked on ipad when previously I had a form but couldn't submit, but no form on chrome still on laptop. HTH and thank you all

Just been able to enter at long last in Chrome on my desktop :j

I had to go through the comp page through and could not enter direct.

They seem to have resolved this at last ...

UPDATE : They've just tweeted to say the issue should now be fixed.

First time the form has been there for me!

I filled it in using Roboform, and it went through.
