    There is a difference between user replaceable and replaceable !
    They are replaceable with specialist tools

    Its often a simple method to replace a battery but on the more complicated battery installs their is usually an IFixit or similar battery and tools pack available even works on IPhones .
    But of course any such non Samsung repair would void warranty and that's a choice for you to make .

    What are specialist tools?
    'Specialist' to one person may be everyday tools to another.
    A 13mm spanner to remove my car battery would be a specialist tool to some people. :)
