Same as was said in July, send one challenge as registered keeper (the IPC one from the NEWBIES sticky thread) then sit tight, no IAS stage appeal!

DO NOT imply who was driving because that PCN can only hold a driver liable - so don't give them that person. The sticky thread explains why.
