Hi everyone, newbie here. This is my first parking ticket in a long time, especially from an agressive private company who do not own the land. The car was overstayed by 16 mins. Received a charge of £100 (£60 if paid within 14 days).
I've read up all the newbie faq's and instructions and i feel bamboozled as to where to start with appeal/even to bother with appeal via armtrac. Charge received on 1/7/16
Could anyone give any pointers as to where to start?
Many thanks

just send the IPC template, thats it, ignore anything else except an LBC or an MCOL in the next 6 years
and complain to the landowner and get it cancelled

Shall i wait for a NTK before sending this, as it seems pointless in going through the companys own appeal process (a gmail email address!)Even a stopped clock tells the right time twice a day, and for once I'm inclined to believe Withnail is right. your choice , they may not even send one, or may send it late
the newbies sticky thread does tell you when to appeal as KEEPER (not driver)
the point of appealing is in case it goes to court in the future, you want to be seen to have appealed it0 -
The point of appealing at windscreen PCN stage is so they will (very likely) NEVER serve a NTK.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Im deep in armtrac country. I am currently helping with several letter before claims and one court claim that have appeared in quick succession so be warned they are starting to use the courts as debt collectors.0

I received after the 26th but the letter is dated 25/08/16. Received via normal post not signed or special deliveryEven a stopped clock tells the right time twice a day, and for once I'm inclined to believe Withnail is right. We are indeed drifting into the arena of the unwell.0

That NTK was deemed delivered, at the earliest, on Tuesday 30th August (due to the Bank Holiday weekend). Too late for keeper liability.
Does the wording claim that the keeper may be liable after 28 days, under the POFA 2012?
If so, scan it and send a copy by email to the DVLA and complain that Armtrac are misleading recipients about keeper liability with a NTK that cannot have been deemed to be served before 30th August due to the Bank Holiday even if it was posted on the so-called 'date issued'. And it wasn't posted then, was it, because you only just got it this week.
Who issued the NTK, is it from Armtrac or a third party like PCS or TNC?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
