Cheap Unlimited Broadband & Anytime Phone (mob)

Hi,
I am in a quandary as to going for a new provider, and would welcome your suggestions:
- we each have PAYG mobiles with Three and are low users.
- we are with Sky for unlimited ADSL broadband, and anytime calls including mobile - cost is £32.90 after the ending of a deal last month.
- we use Amazon Prime for TV/Films and other elements of prime - have done netflix in the past, might consider NOW TV going forward (instead) - not interested in Sport.
- leaving Sky involves an engineers charge of approx £36 as they (and Talk Talk allegedly) put equipment in the BT Openreach cabinet which needs to be changed for the new provider.
- I am tempted by SSE Fibre Unlimited (but don't actually need it) at £23 including anytime calls and half price mobiles. I would probably stay with Amazon for TV.
- Staying with Sky might be possible if they were to offer a good deal to stay.
Your advice and suggestions would be welcome - lowest long term cost is the priority at the moment, although Fibre would be 'nice to have'

Haggle with Sky as you are bound to get some kind of offer. What you get depends on how much you persevere.0
