Why are there no interesting cars anymore?

What's interesting about it?
I've always had unusual cars (cheaper to buy them when the production stops) but I'm not sure I'd call them interesting. TBH I don't know if there's much out there more generic than a modern Mini these days.
Apart from a Fiesta. Every other car on the road today is a Fiesta.0 -
