Hello everyone
so our broker said they put in our application on Wednesday the 18th. Over the past 3 days the brokers have been making sure all supporting documents are complete and they will be submitting it to precise today. So what did they submit on the 18th and why are supporting documents going in just now i thought they did every submission at one go then come back to us if precise needed extra.0 -
Anyone please?0

Omg!!! We have got our offer!!
4 weeks to the day since application.
Mortgage broker emailed me today with the news and said we will have our copy of it in a couple of days.
So so so relieved phew!!:j0 -
Lucky for some - still bloody waiting. We are now on week 6.0

I’m sure yours won’t be too much longer. Have they said what they are waiting on? Anymore info that they need?0

Update from Precise:
- Suddenly reduced what we want to borrow by £20k - unknown reason why. Theyve had proof of income since day 1
- My proof of residency for 2015 isnt acceptable - Water company logo missing from one page
- Wife signatures do not match 100% - want a reason why

Nerfed the amount they wanted to lend us by 9k too, took 4 weeks to tell us that though which seems odd. We're hoping it's a mistake, as we can't just find 9k.. Everything else is ok I think now although we had signature mismatch also - near the start of the application process. Proof of residency is a real ball ache! Especially with everything being e-statements these days!0

Always have a wee catch up of this. Those who are waiting long hope it all happens soon for yous. We have now been in our home two weeks still can’t believe it’s finally all over. First Christmas in our new home. Congrats everyone who has had offers 😄 xx0

The house that we had offered on was remarketed because our buyers and Precise have taken so long and someone offered within days. After offering £10k over asking price and signing contracts for both our sale and our purchase, we're out because Precise are a bunch of idiotic power hungry morons. I wonder how many other people have lost thousands in fees due to their ineptitude?0

Just to let everyone still waiting know if you don’t already that your mortgage offer is valid from the date of valuation not the offer date, so the house we are buying was valued on the 7th of September and our offer was given on the 25th October giving us 6 weeks to complete the sale! Has anyone had to extend their offers? If so is it a quick and easy process?0
