Precise Mortgages - how long from application to offer?

Thanks so is it that basically someone checking if all paperwork is in file and concluding a valuation report? I thought they will be starting another questioning hell.

They asked us for the latest payslip from the mrs and my business bank statement. maybe its just to make sure we still have the same income as previously declared. But i think this is the final step.. cant wait!!

@fapb48 thanks for sharing! This lender seems like the biggest scam ever. Despite underwriting is done and valuation set, they still do grill people to try to find something to refuse... it's really bad.
I do hope that we will hear after the weekend but now it's our 16th week of underwriting soon. It starting to be really annoying now ;/

16 weeks is absolutely crazy! I don't understand why the timescales vary so much! I was getting frustrated waiting 3 weeks! I'd be pulling my hair out 😱

Yeah. That's why I'm about to pull out myself if they ask for more crap. Our underwriter was wayyyy beyond the limit... Asking for stuff from decades ago hahahahah I do hope to hear something after the weekend. It's really stressful.

It does sound like your near the finish line now TBF! Fingers and toes crossed you hear something soon! Defo deserve a positive outcome for having 16 weeks worth of patience!

Nope nothing at my end! I'm trying to convince the other half to call our broker for an update but he's trying to get me to wait says I'm being impatient and that the broker will call when there is an update lol! It's infuriating how calm and patient he's being 🤣

I have contacted precise and i have to say its very slow. They apparently have now few days to pick up files.
