    How long does it take to have a reply from them after the valuation day? they have booked valuation for the 22th and we cant wait to hear some good news from them.. its been a very long 6 weeks already :o:#:/

    We had a verbal from our broker a few days after the valuation took place, just to say it had come back fine and the case was in for final checks.

    We put our application in on the 8th, was asked for p60 and bank statements same day, was asked on 9th for proof of deposit our side, was asked on the 13th about some stuff on my bank statement (credit agreement payments, wanted to know outstanding balances all are £0 now) was then told by our broker on the 15th the last point to satisfy was a letter confirming no changes to our circumstances or income during lockdown and if we took any payment holidays....we hadn’t. 

    Have heard nothing since, anyone else had similar?

    Hey I spoke to precise today to chase for an update on my application ( my broker had said he hadn't heard anything so took matters into my own hands) they mentioned that there is currently a 11 day wait on recieving the report from the valuation company due to the volume of applications 🤦🏻‍♀️

    Yeah my valuation is booked in for the same day as yours hoping by some miracle it doesn't take that long! 😭

    our valuation is also booked for 22nd! I do hope it's going to be a quick one as it's already the 13th week since application day. few more weeks and I will start hating our new house...

    Have heard news today. 

    Told that they are happy with all underwriting checks so far and have now instructed the valuation....sorry to sound stupid but I assume this is good news!!

    I have no idea if I'm honest reading through the posts it seems like it's a positive step but not guaranteed! Hope it is as we're in the same boat! When is your valuation booked for?
