  • Have now had my g tech and handheld for two days.I am delighted with both. Now realise my cheaper cordless I was using before was nowhere near as good as I thought.

AirRams have a 5 year warranty, when ours was purchased and batteries are about £70, but our deal was for a free spare.

CS is also helpful about other matters (as above): they helped me obtain a suitable battery for an old obsolete GTech carpet sweeper.

They did have a batch of iffy motors, at the time and we were unlucky enough to get one (it rattled after a few weeks),but the replacement is fine.

Does anyone have any experience of the standard Air Ram v the K9?

I'm thinking of ordering, but not sure wether to pay the extra. We do have a dog but haird not too bad.
Do they really lift hairs that have worked into the carpet?
