Leaving BT Broadband

Hi there,
I have not received broadband or TV from BT for over a month now and have just been charged double (£112) for a service I've not received. I told them last week I wanted to leave, and the guy told me I'd be charged for leaving early.
I already have a complaint on the system due to an engineer lying about the time he was meant to have arrived. Which Bt admitted he was in the wrong.
What are my rights?
Thank you in advance.

BT are right to charge you the balance of your contract .You need to go through the complaints procedure .0
