Student Loan Statement

Just received my statement, which is good, BUT there is no record of my PAYE deductions for the last 2 years.

Anyone else have this problem?

Annoyingly/Unfortunately they don't upload the actual letter to student loans repayment website. Log in and have a look to make sure they "sent" you one. They have an issue with previous addresses and if you've ever moved they most likely went to an old address.

Back in 2014 I didn't get mine in the post, phoned them up and they resent one.

If they have sent it then it will appear. Also as my message above, they have an issue in that sometimes they sent the statement to the wrong address. No idea how.

Zammo - not sure how you are getting along but mine updated at the beginning of this week, although I haven't had anything added to my list of correspondence.
