    I thought that the OP was getting speeding prosecution noticed intended for someone else.
    I didn't realise that they were wanted by the police for armed robbery or some such similar crime.

    People who ignore speeding tickets (where they are supposed to respond and name the driver) normally get a visit from the police.

    Speeding is still a criminal offence at the end of the day.

    No, they just get convicted for failing to name the driver the police don't pay a visit.

    Not all the ones that came on here after moving house and not changing the address on V5C they just get a massive fine from the courts.
