I have websites with them and they've gone.

All websites down, Bigwetfish website down.
Their phone number is giving me a dead line.
Number I have is 020 7193 9162.

Anybody got any other updates?
I was FTPing at 4:30pm..

They must have had a major failure.

Seems better now, it was only earlier you were recommending them to someone too! I was interested but think I'll stick with my current one now heh

And they've taken 6 months of my advance payment with them. Turns out they haven't paid their bills and their site has been shut down.

I've lost everything and now I'm pretty screwed and peeved off....:mad:

However, I've bought a reseller package from the guys BigWetFish were with before for just $30 per month and once the account has been closed, I will hopefully get all my files back. (Fingers crossed).

Speak to a guy called Sergio at HostDime.com. He's been great and if they get this sorted, I'm making sure he gets a crate of beer. :beer:

The more people that complain about BigWetFish.co.uk, the quicker we can get our stuff sorted again and we can get our files back.
