Lloyds Bank Single Premium Policy - Refunds

Hello, can anyone advise me please?
For the last 3.5 years I have been in a PPI battle with Lloyds.
Today I have finally heard back from the FOS, with an answer from Lloyds bank.
It’s a very long story, so I will shorten it with the facts and just the question I have....
I had 8 loans (only the first loan run the full course) Lloyds have confirmed that I was sold single premium policies on all of them in error, and accepted that due to the employment benefits I had I did not need PPI...so there is no question there.
I have received a refund ....but not for the full amount of the PPI that I was charged for.
After several attempts of trying to sort this out with Lloyds (and Lloyds ignoring my calls and letters) I was left with no other option than refer it to the FOS.
Today the FOS have informed me that Lloyds are saying that when I took out another loan prior to the previous one ending they gave a partial refund??
I did not even know that PPI had been added to the loans, and knew nothing about a refund
Apparently they have sent the FOS screen shots as evidence that a refund was given, but I am unable to see them due to ‘sensitive information’ within these screen shots??.
My question is:
• Is this correct, did Banks (Lloyds) give partial refunds on a single premium policy when another loan was taken out before the previous one finished.
If this is the case, then why have they prolonged this situation, why didn't they just provide me with this information....I'm confused.
