LAINEY Grrrrr over the fridge freezer, John Lewis are usually very good on keeping to what they promise, hope you haven't lost too much food from spoilage, you might enquire if they would pay compensation if you did, it might just be a YES?[/QUOTE]

Yes, they usually are Lyn and with their offer of a 3 year extension to the guarantee I thought it was a good deal. It looks like it will come either Monday or Tuesday now, I have the choc teapot's manager on the case now and to be fair he seems much more proactive. I have raised the issue of compensation so he is aware that's what I'm looking for so we will see what he comes up with.
Hope you manage to source something for your poorly heel?

Hillstep, hope the AAB's work well and you feel better very soon.

(((HUGS))) HILSTEP. Life's not treating you fairly just now, as you have enough to contend with, with your other health problems. Hope you soon feel much better.

NRA too, that sounded very painful. Glad you are on the mend.

    Take care all x
