Yes, they usually are Lyn and with their offer of a 3 year extension to the guarantee I thought it was a good deal. It looks like it will come either Monday or Tuesday now, I have the choc teapot's manager on the case now and to be fair he seems much more proactive. I have raised the issue of compensation so he is aware that's what I'm looking for so we will see what he comes up with.

Oh yes I got some orthoptic gel heel supports that go in all the shoes I have and walking the Cookster this afternoon was a much more comfortable experience thank goodness, not got them in my slippers and am still OK, slightly sore but not the pain, can only be good!!!
