Fly be hand luggage

Does anyone know how strict Flybe are with their hand luggage dimensions?
I have a bag I am planning to use, which is well within 2 of the dimensions. The third should be less than 20 cm? My soft bodied bag is 20-21 depending on how you measure it.
Do you think I will be ok if I don't overpack the bag?

Does it squash down to 20cm or less if not overpacked or is it rigidly 21cm irrespective of how packed?Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0 -
