30 days notice but charged for full month?
Options
As in lets say my contract started on the 1st and I cancelled on the 16th, so 2 weeks and 1 day into contract, they charged me for the first 30 days already and for the final 30 days
Seems incorrect as means I am paying for 13 days that I don't use and it can't be 30 days notice as it would be 43 days notice (or 30 days till cancellation but being charged for 43 days) etiher way doesn't sound right.

They charge a termination fee equal to your 30 days line rental, then at the end of the contract you ask for it back, they won't offer to pay it back. As you say, you pay your line rental in advance so they effectively charge you twice, you just need to push to get it back when the final bill is produced.0
