Click n'collect engagement ring -- but from display?

When we ordered my hubby wedding ring it was trying to snow and they measured his finger and ordered the ring he chose in that size. A few days later I collected the ring and took it home, the weather had warmed up a bit and so had his fingers - the ring did not fit and had to be returned and a larger size ordered. No doubt the ring was returned to the warehouse untill someone else ordered that size.
