    I'm sure you know this:

    SG descriptors
    https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/employment-and-support-allowance/esa-glossary/1353-support-group-descriptors

It may be worth mentioning in the MR about:
Your PIP award (I seem to recall you mentioned Enhanced rate DL)
Your ESa award in Oct placing you in the SG and a copy of the DWP letter setting out why.
Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.

Thanks guys and thanks for the template for the doctors letter. It's kind of hard in my situation as I see who ever is on the evening late night shift as this is the only time I can attend due to my social anxiety and this is always a different doctor. I feel ashamed and embarrassed so don't really want to ask for a letter, although i might get my mum to ring and ask for me some time this week if I can face it.

I didnt really a proper decision in writing last time I was awarded SG I was told over the phone then received a letter saying how much money I would get and that it was SG rate.

I'm going to be a neverous wreck over the next few weeks waiting to hear back but I feel that I am doing the right thing. I also mentioned on it how short my assessment was.

    Thanks again xx
