Warn you about Tesco.com overcharging

I have had the same problem with the very same rolo lolly items and many more items too. I had to telephone them again today about it and its true they treat you like your trying to get something for nothing and your a nuisance customer and especially whjen items are completely missing but they have still charged you. I have never tried the emailing but Id be interested to know the saynoto0870 number one if there is one coz by the times youve waited and explained everything youve spent the refund anyway. thats if you get one at least, the last time i was not refunded at all with crappy out of date vegetables and fruit as usual

I've never had any problems with Tesco online that havent been resolved quickly and easily.

A couple of times I've received extra items which I didn't order, and which weren't on the bill... a large jar of Nescafe for example! On phoning them they've always thanked me for my honesty and said I can keep them with Tesco's compliments. Of course, I always phone quite a bit after the delivery, just in case they decide send the driver back to pick up the items... less likely if the driver has gone 30 miles away

Sometimes they are a bit off on the substitutions, but that's down to the person doing the shopping for you. Once in a while you're bound to get an idiot who substitutes the sirloin steak you ordered for a value pork chop... Luckily, you can reject substitutions on the doorstep.

The couple of times when there have been missing items, one quick call and they credited my card immediately, and once even gave me a £10 off voucher for the inconvenience. ;D

So, no complaints from me.
