Bt broadband dropping

Having bother since returning from holiday 10 days ago, nothing has changed at my end but broadband was dropping 4 to 5 times an hour until yesterday when it failed completely.Have spoken to helpline twice but feel they are giving me the runaround, are there any numbers that put you through to uk staff?
