    Right folks, court tomorrow. Any last minute tips or advice? All of your support is very much appreciated. May the force be with me!

    There is a significant chance that Mr C will be there in person and will attempt to get you to settle for a modest amount(£200) to save you paying lots more e.g. £200.01. This means you'll have lost the 50% chance that Gladstones have f****d up the paperwork and you'll get a win.

    Remember to take a list of costs with you too so you can get those back and have a look at the other listings alongside yours. The Napier one.

    F***ed up paperwork how? As for costs, how do I work this out?

    Oh and is there a possibility all the subsequent claims (all the same as this case) can be thrown out as a result of this case in the event of me winning?

    As for costs, how do I work this out?
    * Up to £95 for loss of earnings (employee - take wage slips).
    * Travel costs @ 45p per mile
    * Car parking charges on the day (oh the irony!)
    * Research and preparation costs of £19 ph (litigant in person approved court rates) - sensible amount (say 4-5 hours) but likely will have to prove 'unreasonable behaviour' by the claimant.

    I would have thought that your research over the past 8 months since you first posted about this case, you would have known all this? You need to have this printed out ready for the judge should you win.
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

    I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Was this one lost, then? Silence from the OP despite being around in March.

    Saw this different case on pepipoo was won though (different parking firm but it was also Gladstones) and the court report says the rep was ripped a new one:

    Nothing about this one though so @bigsej, tell us what happened? Good, bad, ugly?
