Great! We have at least two things in common: work in school and hate GS!

Also, at the top of the N180 there is a box that says 'in the' next to the box for the claim number which GS have filled in with 'county court bulk centre'. WILL i need to state the same thing?

    Did you submit your DQ?

Have you seen all the cases and transcripts now available to anyone as exhibits for any hearing about a parking charge in your own estate?

Come back once you get your hearing date (once allocated at your local court) and before the date by which the Court Directs that you have to submit your WS and exhibits because we have shedloads of cases there you can use as persuasive transcripts.

What happened so far and do you have a court date? And a date by which to file your WS and evidence prior to the hearing?

Okey dokey, like I said, have you seen all the cases and transcripts now available to anyone as exhibits for any hearing about a parking charge in your own estate? Get familiar with the terms 'primacy of contract' and 'derogation from grant' which a parking firm/managing agent cannot do with agreement to vary the lease/tenancy agreement:

So read other cases where people recently worked on their WS and skeleton argument & evidence.

    e.g. read MSE threads by:

spaceman8 (he just won v Gladstones)
    Gin and Milk
    hopsfield
    Stuart Hamilton
(I wrote that WS and it was about a 'residential car park' with the Jopson case and Pace v Mr N, etc.)

and on pepipoo these ones who just won v Gladstones:

HTH - make sure you meet the deadline and we fully expect Gladstones to miss it (which you can then object to).

    Good evening Coupon-mad

I have received a copy of GS's WS and supporting docs. Am I able to show these to you? I have had a look at some of the threads you posted above, however, GS have mentioned some points in their WS which I have no clue how to argue. Please advise if you can, the day for the court to receive the bundle is on the 7th I understand as the hearing is on the 21st.

    Many thanks
