Which debit card?

Off to Portugal on Saturday.
Have a Halifax clarity card for shopping, restaurants etc.
I have both a Santander and Nationwide debit card to withdraw cash at an ATM.
Does anyone know which of these would be best to use?

why not use clarity card and pay off straight away...interest on say £1000 atm withdrawal over 2 weeks would only be a couple of quid at most0

Don't you have to pay a cash advance for drawing cash on a credit card?0

Halifax clarity credit card has always been free fees for foreign ATM and even if you wait till you get home and pay it % on £1000 cash over 2 weeks will only be a couple of pounds0
