    Best option to remove ducktape adhesive = DUCKTAPE...

    Tear a small piece of and keep dabbing the sticky patches on the bumper, the
    residue will stick to the fresh tape and come away easily.

    Label remover, nothing beats it. It is expensive but once you've bought some you'll never go back to using oils, lubricants, "Water Displacement 40th formula" or paint thinners.

    Label remover comes under many manufacturers and brands, but basically it's all the same, all based on d-limonene and all smell like oranges.
