I just gave them my piece of mind. I think they got the nessage. They keep coming with those weird ideas. I just told them to stop thinking and stick at the plans.

If I take my local Howdens as an example my statement is correct. Hence to dismiss a comment that is correct is not logical. Equally, if you are aware of procedures within Howdens that differ from my local branch I have given you the opportunity to enlighten me, and also other forum users.

To just say "that's not true" and "totally incorrect" does not help a balanced debate.
