Hello all.
I have purchased a Virgin Broadband only deal.
My road is down as having Virgin services available, however my house along with a few others are actually down a little culdesac where the road only goes halfway down and we are right at the end.
The path is publicly owned. I have no idea if the neighbors also have Virgin services. (We haven't moved into the house yet)
I have a photo but as I am a new user I cannot link to it.
What are the chances install wont actually happen first time? (They are aware they need to lay a cable to the house).

With mine they did a survey and worked out the cost.
They only had to cross a tiny road and I had to pay £150 + take 3 services from them as it made it cheaper.
Took 6 weeks and with lots of nagging they installed it when they said they would. As I had paid I had more leverage.
Main problem was the appalling communications between HQ and local VM. HQ told me the install would be delayed, but it actually went ahead fine.0
