Avoid BT Mobile like the Plague

BT Mobile customer service is appalling. I made a simple request to close my account. They made a complete mess of it and over the past week I've spent alot of time talking to different people . Two people told me they would call me back and didn't.

The person gives you there name but of course if you need to call back you can't get to speak to them again and you have to explain the whole thing to someone else and then they can't sort out the problem!!!

Unbelievable how they get away with treating people like that.

Try Vodafone. What you describe is standard fare for them - and a lot more.

Anything with prefixed with 'BT' should generally be avoided.

I agree about Vodafone, my other half has had a nightmare with vodafone, 12 hours on trhe phone in 7 phone calls, 17 advisors, and 4 weeks to solve a problem, 3 missed callbacks as well..

I wouldn't recommend vodafone or bt to my worst enemy. Try three, they're the most recommended network and I doubt you'll have any issues.
