Hello last week we returned from a holiday flying back from Malaga to Doncaster with Thomson, we should of taken off at 11.10am but we was delayed 4 hours, there was a strike by French air traffic control, also due to the time taken to load the plane we missed our take off slot and we was sat on the plane for an hour and 15 minutes before take off and we finally took off at 3:10 pm, can I claim for this? If I can where do I contact.
Thank you

It depends on the cause of your delay. If it was the ATC strike then this is outside the airline's control ergo no compensation. So read Vauban's marvellous guide (google) and proceed accordingly. Do post again for further help but pop it in the appropriate airline thread.0
