I use to work in a Hotel and had my deliveries done there. The hotel is open 24 hours a day with atleas 3 reseption staff at all times, and I have had some deliveries where they said I was out with no card left. So strange as the hotel never closes and if they are telling the truth all the reception staff should have been sacked for not manning the reception desk.
    Lets not use quidco
  • He didn`t miss me he didn`t knock, oh I hate waiting in for things to come.
But it was £30 cheaper to buy online.

I have emailled them and told them that I`m not happy.

DO they get paid for each delivery attempt?

This means I will have to take kids to school/playgroup in the car tomorrow, to save time, an hour round trip if I walk.

unfortunately not, we are on basic pay with 40p for each sucessfull delivery.

Maybe they knocked with a feather :( I have had this problem before with carriers, as I am in a lot I order a lot of items via post.

What annoys me the most is when they say they cant deliver because they didnt have enough time, catalogue companies are the worst for this.

this is unfortunate but at the end of the day if the driver comes back late his collections will not make it to the hib, as a result of a driver NTA on a parcel then it is attempted b4 12 next day

They are the scum of the earth, I called them like 3 times wasting around 8£ since they let you stay on hold for 20 mins and it cost 0.20p a min.

I never got a card, never got a call. I really wonder who is making the decisions at this company, this package must look like !!!! now from all the going back and forth. I live in Wandsworth BTW. On the 16th I was promised a delivery and that the driver would absolutely call, instead, they send it back oO

they utl'ed u hence no card, and u were lucky it stayedin depot 4 that log b4 goin back 1st.
  • instead of this cutting edge technology I was provided with a new A4 signature sheet - his saturn unit crashed, and it wuldnt of been that driver who wrote the time would have been night manager inputin the datsa

if your busy drivers will not wait they have other calls to do
