  • I think this was a personal error - we all have them but not condoning what happened.

    Sorry that injury incurred, and yes, you are right because it was your child and you feel the need to protect him. Yes, make a complaint to store but remember someone might lose their job over this. Hopefully in-store staff training will tighten up in the future.

  • Personally, I'd have made sure there was no pins in the clothing in the first place beofre giving it to a child, especially since most clothing does come with pins where tags are.

    How much damage can a pin acutally do? Do you not think that a word with the store manager is sufficient rather than sending a picture and formal complaint?
