  • Hello. First time post coming up...does anybody know if the Government's £75k guarantee per institution would be honoured if a collapsing bank went for a Bail-In to keep itself going. I.e. Use our savings to stay afloat, please?

There is no point doing a bail in, if the government is going to bail out the losers

The government may as well just bail out the bank to begin with

The truth is, keeping your money in the bank at zero IRs is return free risk.

Just ask DB account holders still trying to get their hard earned money out.

Your the only source on the internet currently quoting a glitch that is ongoing. Odd that don't you think

How about if we pretend this is really a DB ATM and pretend that's where they are queueing

So if you google it, you think all those hits about DB computer glitch happening multiple times limiting customer withdrawals, you think I am behind every single one of those hits on Google?:rotfl:

The credit ratings agencies still haven't downgraded DB. According to them DB are still BBB+

They have now lost all credibility

When you say "all those hits"...I can't find anything in the last 24 hours, and longer than that it;s from *shock horror* your favourite zerohedge

So if you can provide a few more sources showing the impact of this glitch
