Of Course It’s Only “Tech Issues” Keeping Deutsche Bank Customers From Accessing Their Money
not the first time the beleaguered bank has suffered “IT Issues” or been unable to provide its customers with their money.
If you recall RBS have suffered major IT issues. Didn't cause panic though.0 -
I have a contact in Germany, he has his main bank account with DB. He just told me the 'I.T' problem still will not let them use ATMs or Internet banking to withdraw but the banks are open for you to pay funds into your account:T some have been allowed to withdraw a little but then the stopped all withdrawals again, or sorry there was another IT glitch coff
So DB have lost EUR 10Tr and are somehow hiding it, but they care about some people taking a few hundred out of a cashpoint?0 -

They care about a run on the bank yes.
It is happening, the big rats are leaving the ship, the small time account holders who are late withdrawing will be left holding the bag.
It is happening that withdrawals are being restricted, and it's being blamed on IT issues or a glitch. You can believe them if you want, maybe it really is just an unfortunate glitch, I just find that hard to believe given the timing.Nothing has been fixed since 2008, it was just pushed into the future0 -

Do you believe the conspiracy theorists or that DB really do just have an IT problem preventing withdrawals?Nothing has been fixed since 2008, it was just pushed into the future0 -

Link doesn't work for me, can you please cut and paste?
What do the FT make of this IT glitch? Do they really believe it's genuinely lasting this long? Do they think it has nothing to do with the run on the bank?Nothing has been fixed since 2008, it was just pushed into the future0 -
How serious is this IT glitch? Has anyone been able to withdraw money from DB this week? ... or are just a few cashpoints kaput (like they always are)?0

Your the only source on the internet currently quoting a glitch that is ongoing. Odd that don't you think
How about if we pretend this is really a DB ATM and pretend that's where they are queueing0
