Hmm, well the Land Registry page doesn't actually say companies are excluded. Anyway, the data is still publicly available, possibly you have to look for it individually rather than on the free sites like Zoopla - and putting the house into a company's name is a bit too much work for a small element of privacy.0 -

Fair enough, guess Rightmove takes a while to get the data on to it's website once it's available from the land registry.0

But that must have been properties that were notified to the LR in April, they may have been sold several months before that and the solicitor has taken a while to getting round to lodging the data.0

There'sa difference between when the price shows up on the Land Registry records and website, and when it shows up on the various commercial 3rd party websites.
The 3rd party companies bulk-buy their data from the LR at various different frequencies, so it may show up on one site sooner than on another.0
