Hi there!
I was due to fly 17.45pm turned up and my flight had been changed to 6am that day so I missed my flight! I wasn't told about the change! I had to buy a new flight with a different airline! Can I claim? If so where can I claim?
Thanks!

Airline? Flight number? How did you book the flight?
Please post on the relevant airline thread, not your own personal one that clutters up the board.
Read Vauban's guide (google) then come back if you have any further questions. If you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide

It depends why you were not told of the change - and when the change occurred. If you didn't book with the airline directly but went via a travel agent, it may be that the airline informed them of the change but the agent didn't pass this on?
That issue aside, significant schedule changes made more than 14 days in advance don't generally attract compensation. So you'd need to find out when the change was made.
So we need to know more details to offer a proper view. But please post any further questions on the airline specific thread, rather than starting your own.0
