Still have the sold sign!

We moved into our new home just over 4 weeks ago and we still have the for sale/sold sign. I have taken it down as it was hindering our access to our drive but it's in the garden and is visible from the path if someone had been to collect it. My question is, should I do the normal thing and ring the office to arrange for them to collect it, take it to the recycling centre or leave it on their doorstep? Just to add, the estate agents weren't the best at getting back to us with things, etc.

Ring them.
IF they don't collect leave it at the office, burn it etc etc0 -
Feel free to call them but IME EAs never seem interested in picking these up. My next door neighbours have the sold sign in their back garden. Must be from 3 or 4 years ago. Should you be visiting the dump add that to the pile.0

I emailed and told them they had 5 days from the date of my email then it was going to tip...it got collected!0

Have you got an open fire or stove?0

We rang the estate agent about the sold board the day after we got the keys to our house. They said to simply leave it near the gate & they would collect asap. If I recall I think they came out that very same day.
A quick phonecall would be suffient enough.

Cost of sign & post... £5?
Cost of person, van, fuel, collection & storage... ?
No brainer0 -
When we sold our house we paid for the board, quite a few agents include the cost in their prices.
So the board will no doubt be yours to do what you want.
We left the one we paid for at the house we sold, and there was a board in the house we bought, which we just got rid of.0 -
In our area of London the companies that put up the boards charge £50 for each board. So a polite phone call to the Estate Agent, asking them to arrange for it to be collected usually works, as they then get some of that £50 refunded.0

Given all the rain over-night, you could use it as a paddle!0
