Argos Credit Card

Hi Gary.
The argos card whilst provided by the same company would be entirely separate from retail division. As already mentioned the credit card would list totals only as is standard across all cards. If you are looking for receipts from the stores you will either have to contact the individual stores themselves or retail customer services. The argos credit and retail departments are only linked by name and would not share information.
If you can prove the items were purchased fraudulently (ie not by you) then you might have a chance of a refund. Especially if you haven't visited these stores. If so your details have been used fraudulently and you need to report a crime.
I think the burden or responsibility of providing proof of purchase (or not) lies with you rather than the retailer as they have the date, price and location as proof of purchase without the need to provide itemised list's to customers.
Good luck0 -

That's wrong it's already been mentioned that the Argos Card is provided by Vanquis which is a separate company!. Try reading the thread before you reply! :T0
