Friend won't refund me

Hi, just looking for some advice from an outside eye. My friend was selling tickets to a concert, I bought them (paid via PayPal) just over a week ago. She said the venue hadn't sent her the tickets yet but as soon as they did she would post them to me. The concert is now less than a week away and I still haven't received…

You agreed to buy them, sorry. Can you not sell them yourself on FB / Gumtree?

HOWEVER, she should definitely have them by now. Whenever I've bought tickets, I get an acknowledgement email saying, if you haven't received the tickets within 2 weeks of the show, please contact us - Has your friend done this?
