How do I find IE in Win 10

How do I get internet explorer back in win 10? I'm giving win 10 a go before I go back to win 7.
There is a thing called Cortana that wants to access all my details, and when I say no it won't let me use it.
How do I get rid of the annoying new browser and get IE back?

I think Cortana "needs" access to your information in order to give relevant responses to your questions and build up an understanding of your interests.
It also needs that information in order for Microsoft to be able to sell your details to advertisers.
When I (briefly) used Windows 10 (before returning to Win7), I turned off Cortana. I don't feel comfortable with the privacy aspects of it. And I can't really see it being genuinely useful. It seems like a bit of a gimmick to me.0 -
People with Windows 10 will complain about Cortana, yet the same people with Iphones will likely happily use Siri.
Go figure

Microsoft are trying to get windows 10 onto smart phones, hence them calling program's 'apps', having touchscreen functionality and pushing Cortana. It seems that in reality these changes are useless/pointless if you have a desktop pc.
If you have a smartphone with no proper keyboard then a voice controlled system like Cortana or Siri does make some sense.
