The original post was a long diatribe of things which you regard the retailer as having done wrong. Unfortunately, this lost sight of the fact that it is the furniture (not the width of your doors and hallway etc ) which is the issue.
Why you didn't get a refund when the second set turned up in similar condition is beyond me.0 -
