    Hi

    For ParkingEye;

Is the PCN number the same as the Parking charge reference number?
I have a reference number: ******/****** on the Parking Charge Notice.

    Thanks

If there is no other number then the reference number is the PCN number. It doesn't matter anyway. A reference number is precisely that. A number that can be used to refer to a particular document or event.
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D

    Thanks everyone.

Appeal submitted with stage one template. Lets see.
  • Hello Experts

After submitting an appeal on 25/06/16. I have not heard anything yet from Parking Eye either way.

That's 19 working days ago. I believe the response, from Parking Eye, should've been within 14 days.

    What does this mean?

Any action, I should take at this stage?

    Thanks for your suggestion.

    Regards
    Kay

It means you misunderstood the deadlines involved. They 'should' acknowledge an appeal within 14 days and they did, with the page that acknowledged it when you hit submit.

They have 35 days (well over a month) to respond in full and even that's not set in stone because sometimes PPCs delay it by firstly sending a random holding letter or email, begging to know who the driver was (ignore that one).

Patience! You will get a POPLA code by August if this isn't cancelled. The Blue Badge should get it cancelled.

If you look at the new signs at this location, they have been changed from parking for x hours to on site for x hours. If you do not have a pic of the signs there then get one. Especially if they have missed any of the old ones and there are mixed signs on site.

    Hi

The POPLA code is received and appeal rejected by PE. The Blue Badge and the 10 min grace period as per BPA code made no difference. AMAZING!

Now starting the appeal with POPLA code.
