I got that. Not been to Starbucks but any other shop I have been in the till assistant will tell me the price before I put my card on the machine to pay contactless.
If I looked at the board and expected to pay £3.19 and the shop assistant said £3.29, even if I weren't concentrating I would like to have thought that I would've noticed the discrepancy.
If I didn't notice the discrepancy by using contactless then I don't think I would've noticed by paying cash either.
Obviously if the cashier doesn't state the price then I can understand slightly more.0 -
If you write to Starbucks, the odds are they'll send you a couple of coffee vouchers, which should cover your 10ps
