Really confused Help !

I have just got the keys to my new flat and thouught that I could transfer over my Virgin Media bb at £10 per month. Unfortunately you can't get cable in the flats.

I don't need a phone line as I have a really good mobile package that give 900 mins free and all landline calls are free at £25pm.

I am not much of a tv watcher and 5 channels suit me and my wallet fine.

On reading all the posts I was going to got for Talk Talk but then realised that I would have to start a contract with BT. This is where I got confused. if I sign up does this mean that I will have to pay talk talk and BT as I will be in a 12 month contract with BT.

So I then decided to look at Sky and that came out at about £26 but do I have to play line rental to BT as well?

Maybe I am being a bit thick but having been stripping wall paper all day and I am on my last legs.

if you can't get cable, you need a BT line - so you will have a 12 month contract with BT - but you can still use any broadband ISP you want.
