If the damn thing worked it'd ok. The first day I set it up I tried it out at 3 different locations without any luck.

Sod that, I'll stick with my contactless bank card. Not to mention it's annoying to have to keep my phone locked with a password all the time when I'm at home.

Tuesday before the last Friday of each month. Talk about ensuring that customers are confused enough to not take advantage of the deal.

At least go with last Tuesday of the month.

Why not set your home as a Trusted Place in the Smart Lock area of Settings? That way it'll be unlocked while at home, but locked while away.

Remember ... for Android Pay to work the phone screen must be on/visible, and there must be a lock mechanism in place. I have trusted places and devices (e.g. my car bluetooth) AND a lock mechanism; Android Pay generally works fine for me. Where it doesn't work then any contactless tends not to work either.
