Parking issues on an unadopted road

Set up a new company, a parking company. Issue yourself and your visitors with permits ... and ticket anybody who parks for more than, say, half an hour.0

She's not looking for awkward solutions.0

Really your only real solutions are to talk to her (which hasn't worked thus far) or take action.
Either park in your space or make it impossible for others to do so when you are not.
As the roads are not adopted they most likely belong to you, if you are the homeowner, so you can put tubs of flowers out, put in collapsible bollards etc etc or as someone said, park a banger in one of your spaces.
This one might be a bit out of the ordinary. Rig up an automatic air freshener hidden in a plant pot to spray beautiful plumes of SPRAYPAINT into the air at regular intervals. As long as you don't mind your car getting covered in it,but if you kept it well posited then you would be able to clean it off fairly easily.0 -

Yeah, criminal damage is always the answer.0 -

Let's take that as the joke you intended it to be but criminal actions are not the solution.0 -

Which is where a large sack of bird seed comes into play, "wasn't me gov, it was the birds".“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

I live in a cul de sac of 4 properties with one road in and out. We own the piece of road directly infront of us, which is the exact width of our house plus path/garage. Our deeds state we need to leave access to the other properties.
Our neighbour has put a large wooden shed style 'wendy house' on their drive which means they park on the road. They have visitors daily who park on our property making it difficult to get on and off our driveway, although not blocking it completely.
Our front garden has been fully paved to keep our cars off the road but with their parking it means delivery lorries turn on our driveway.
We have tried over and over to explain our frustrations but they don't care. They now leave their spaces free and park on ours to be awkward.
The police are not interested as they say it's private land and they'll only get involved if a public order offence is committed!!!
I have been told to speak to a solicitor but I can't see that making a difference to a family of ignoramus'!!!!0 -
I do own it, it's in my deeds. It's a single road with a fence belonging to another property on the other side.
The 4 properties are jointly responsible for the maintenance of the road but as 3 of us get on well we don't have any other problems.0 -
Caltrops, the answer is always caltrops... ;-)0

google 'no parking stickers'"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0
