I was going to correct but see its already been done, I thought I had gone back to the early 2000s too.

**Edit you wont be able to transfer online from savings accounts that have a passbook which is passbook saver and some liquid gold accounts, they only accept payments in and you cant transfer money out online, same for children's accounts which may still be on your profile if they were opened in adults name in trust for the child.

My Halifax online banking does give the option to transfer funds from a Liquid Gold Account to my current account.

Actually just tried it with £1!

    Great :-)

but note in my post the word some, there are some liquid gold accounts that allow transfers back to a current account, and there are some that only credit one way and the withdrawal is made in branch with the passbook, after all a liquid gold or passbook saver is for those customers who want a branch access account.
